How to Turn Each Episode Into Real Progress
1. Grab Your Journal
Taking notes helps you retain more of what you hear. Keep a journal nearby so you can capture what stands out, what resonates, and what you’re learning about yourself as you tune in.
2. Listen to the How to Dream podcast
Find a quiet moment where you can truly listen. Whether you’re walking, driving, or sitting with a cup of coffee, give yourself the space to hear the message and let the words rejuvenate your tired heart.
3. Give Yourself Time to Reflect
